The Second Dialogue of the China-Europe-America Museums Cooperation Initiative: Protection of Our Cultural Heritage will be launched on May 19. The third session of the dialogue will focus on “Partnering with the Private Sector”. Business and cultural leaders will share how museums can work with the private sector to protect themselves, global markets, and our shared world heritage from cultural crimes.

Speaker Profile


G. Bin Zhao

G. Bin Zhao is the senior economist at PwC China and he also leads the firm’s Strategic Research. He is currently a columnist at Forbes China and a regular contributor for the South China Morning Post, guest research fellow at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, joint secretary-general at Tsinghua Innovation Economy Forum, and deputy secretary-general for Shanghai at Center for China and Globalization, a leading Chinese non-government think tank. He is a member of Kellogg Advisory Board at the Kellogg Alumni Club of Shanghai. 


Marc Porter

Marc Porter is the Chairman Americas of Christie’s, leading the region’s expanding client and business development activities and serve as a key member of the company’s Executive Management Group, which guides the firm’s global strategy together with the board.


Seven Shu

Dr. Seven Shu is currently Director of Tencent Digital Culture Lab and Vice President of Tencent Research Institute. He has more than ten years of experience in the field of media and Internet, and is fully committed to the research and practical of Internet+ government services, tourism and Industrial Internet. As the founder of Tencent Culture and Tourism, he initiated the project of Yunnan at Your Fingertips. He was awarded Excellent Expert of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2020. Dr. Shu is now in charge of a series projects regarding the digitalization of cultural heritages, including the world heritage nomination of Beijing Central Axis.


Raffaele Cosimo

Raffaele Cosimo is Group Head of Anti Financial Crime at Intesa Sanpaolo since 2020. Prior joining Intesa Sanpaolo he was from 2008 to 2020 Chief Operating Officer of Promontory Financial Group Europe and CEO of Promontory Italy, a boutique advisory firm specialized on risk and regulatory issues, part of IBM Group. Before that, Raffaele Cosimo covered various roles in Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, the Italian bank subsidiary of BNPP, mostly in the international network.  Raffaele Cosimo has obtained M.B.A., CESCOM (Center for Commerce Studies) certification at the Bocconi University in Milan and a B.A. in Political Sciences-Economics and Statistics, magna cum laude, at the University of Milan.


Bonnie Goldblatt

Bonnie Goldblatt is the Head of Investigations and External Engagement for Citibank’s Global Financial Crimes Investigations and Intelligence Unit. She oversees Citi’s enterprise-wide, complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations often generated by impactful external events that may pose significant reputational risk to the bank through regionally managed teams in North America, Europe, Asia, Mexico, and Latin America. In her capacity, Bonnie leads the engagement with Federal law enforcement on highly sensitive manners to include terrorist financing, public corruption, fraud, human trafficking, and narcotics trafficking. Prior to her position at Citigroup, Ms. Goldblatt was a federal agent serving as the National Program Manager for Art and Antiquities Investigations for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ICE Investigations. During her tenure with DHS, Ms. Goldblatt worked on the Eldorado Task Force, law enforcement’s pre-eminent money laundering task force, leading asset forfeiture investigations for transnational investigations in the areas of human trafficking, narcotics smuggling and TBML. Ms. Goldblatt is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, where she developed a course and instructs on AML Compliance and Terrorist Financing.


Arthur de Villepin

Arthur de Villepin is the chairman and co-founder of Villepin, as well as an entrepreneur and avid collector of art. The son of former French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin, Arthur grew up surrounded by artists. His mother is the celebrated sculptor Marie-Laure Viebel de Villepin and his sister, Marie de Villepin, has established a successful career as a painter. Throughout his childhood and extensive travels, Arthur was introduced to many leading artists, including Zao Wou-Ki, Anselm Kiefer, Myonghi Kang, Pierre Soulages and Miquel Barceló, all of whom trained him to see art through the eyes of artists rather than the market. This experience had a profound and lasting effect on Arthur, nurturing a passion for collecting based on close friendships with artists. The launch of Villepin is a natural evolution for Arthur, who has pursued art activities through parallel initiatives under the Art de Vivre Group. The gallery and the Art de Vivre Group headquarters are located in Hong Kong, where Arthur has been based for the past ten years. Together with his father, he has nurtured strong friendships with artists from the region, developing unparalleled expertise in the Asian art market. He is currently on the Executive Committee of The Friends of Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Creative Industries committee for Art & Culture of the French Chamber of Commerce, and is also an Art Ambassador of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.


Juan Manuel Gabarron

Juan Manuel Gabarron is the executive director at Gabarron Foundation Asia (GFA). Prior to GFA, Juan was the executive director, at the Gabarron Foundation in New York for over a decade, an art organization in the Spanish and Latin American art space. Previously, he was an IT and design teacher at ESPRI/Universidad de León, in Valladolid, Spain. He developed the divisions of the global (GF) in USA and Asia, implementing an original art and cultural foundation with exhibitions in top museums, biennales, public areas and art fairs. He has established and manage strategic partner relationships for key public art programs in USA and China as well as other partnerships with private corporations, governments and NGOs. He was keynote speaker at closing remarks at United Nations International Year of the Forests in NYC, The Spain-US Latino Business Forum in Washington, and Virtual Educa-E-learning in Valencia, Spain. He lectured at Tongji University in Shanghai; He was interviewed at several media-TV programs in Spain, USA, and China. He served as director of the Boards of the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce in NYC and in the Advisory Board of the Stevens Institute of Technology University; he was member of RedIRIS (Spanish Science Network for Internet Development). He holds an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University and a Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
