Dialogue One

From Jose Ortega y Gasset's "The Revolt of the Masses" to non-fungible tokens (NFT), from Napoléon to VR and digital aesthetics, from the Farnese collection at the National Museum of Archeology in Naples to Chinese contemporary collectors and creators, from the necessity to fight against art trafficking to a reflection on the importance of the concept of "masterpiece", the first dialogue of the China-Europe-America Museums Cooperation Initiative covered a wide range of topics. As noted by Andre Malraux (1901-1976), museums are impacted by technology. It is because they are being reinvented in an unprecedented manner that the dynamics of this change have to be discussed.
