20-day Countdown to C.E.A. Net-Zero Transition Platform

Under the framework of the China-Europe-America Global Initiative, the China-Europe-America Net-Zero Transition Platform aims to accelerate green transition for sustainability and social progress. The Platform not only contributes to the exchange of ideas but also aims at supporting practical solutions to reach a global net-zero economy.

 

The First Dialogue of the C.E.A Net-Zero Transition Platform will be launched on Dec. 20. David Gosset, Founder of the C.E.A Global Initiative, introduces the context and spirit of the event via video.

China-Europe-America Global Initiative was founded in 2021 by David Gosset, aims to foster cooperation in the field of culture and environment between China, Europe and America. The initiative aims to foster understanding and synergies between China, Europe and America. Taking the forms of various intellectual and academic exchanges, the initiative is committed to cooperation in the fields that are relevant for peace and shared prosperity in the 21st century, The initiative also aims to promote cooperation in the fight against climate degradation between China, Europe and America and be an accelerator for the transition towards an ecologically-minded economy. Four major initiatives are organized within this framework: the China-Europe-America Museums Cooperation Initiative, the China-Europe-America Philanthropy Cooperation Initiative, the China-Europe-America Net-Zero Transition Platform and the China-Europe-America Youth Program.

The BCECC is the leading Belgian business association for companies engaged in doing business in or with China. As a non-profit organization, the BCECC established in the 1980s and is located in Brussels, the heart of Europe. Over the past 35 years, the BCECC has focused on organizing China-related events, helps its members with referrals, business matching and identification of experienced partners in both Belgium and China. The Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies (ACCWS) is a state-level think-tank specializing in studies of contemporary China and the world, global governance, global communication strategy designing and policy planning, China’s image building, international public opinion, translation and international discourse system. Under the academy are 8 research centers, international cooperation department, international news center and several other functional departments, with nearly 100 in-house researchers and dozens of guest researchers.
